Dr. Patricia Norris is a fellowship-trained, board-certified dermatologist and lifelong Oregon resident. She provides expert diagnosis and treatment for all conditions of the skin, hair, and nails for patients of all ages, including children and the elderly. She brings a unique perspective to her patients, given her added specialty in patch testing and the diagnosis and treatment of occupational skin diseases. Her formal education and training include:

- Portland State University (Portland, OR) – BS, Biology
- Oregon Health and Science University (Portland, OR) – Doctor of Medicine and Dermatology Residency
She has been mentored throughout her training and career by one of the leading dermatologists in the world and contact dermatology experts, Dr. Frances Storrs. She is active in the American Contact Dermatitis Society (ACDS). She is a current member and has previously served on the board of the American Contact Dermatitis Society (ACDS). She has traveled to Africa and Central America teaching and working with physicians. She was Assistant Professor in the dermatology department for 10 years and part of the OHSU Global Health Faculty, partnering with general dermatology providers as they embark on their next career serving the poor in underserved areas and third world countries.
In her spare time, Dr. Norris enjoys spending time with her husband, adult children, and grandchildren, gardening, golfing, traveling, and the arts.
